From delivering newspapers, to babysitting, to picking tomatoes, to picking asparagus, to an office job at a newpaper office, to a Bookbindery, to interviewing for Planned Parenthood, to ultimately a 33 year career at The Co-operators.
Co-operators gave me more than just financial stability. It was a company that
gave me the opportunity to accomplish everything I needed to accomplish before I
walked out that door. I was part of a Company that always was a leader in the
industry and that made me feel proud.
I was loved unconditionally and it was a place where I could be myself, learn
from others, give to others AND rewards were in abundance. That inner awakening
as an individual and then collectively as a Company had such impact.
