Nature's Wonder Drug

Light winds whistle and whisper softly through the tall
multicoloured maples and pines.
Shades of green rustle above, allowing rays of light to
glimmer through and provide an unmeasurable soothing and
warming of the soul.
It's nature's own prescriptive doseage to heal.
No anti-depressants, no psychotherapy.
Just the simpleness of what our surroundings have to
offer, and the complexity of it's ability to provide a
calmness inside so intense, I feel the need to capture it
and never let it go.
I stroll into the denser woods and have the urge to
swing on a man-made swing.
I look around.
No one can see.
I swing back and forth.
 I am a child again.
I journey onward through a down-trodden pathway,
human by design but not interruptive of nature, and
reach the river that is now so low, the rocky river bed
is visible and the water flowing swiftly through is more
reflective of a babbling brook.
Along the banks, flowers grow wild, butterflies fly free.
I want to bottle it.
I want to lable it TRANQUILTIY.
I want to share it
