Light winds whistle and whisper softly through the tall multicoloured maples and pines. Shades of green rustle above, allowing rays of light to glimmer through and provide an unmeasurable soothing and warming of the soul. It's nature's own prescriptive doseage to heal. No anti-depressants, no psychotherapy. Just the simpleness of what our surroundings have to offer, and the complexity of it's ability to provide a calmness inside so intense, I feel the need to capture it and never let it go. I stroll into the denser woods and have the urge to swing on a man-made swing. I look around. No one can see. I swing back and forth. I am a child again. I journey onward through a down-trodden pathway, human by design but not interruptive of nature, and reach the river that is now so low, the rocky river bed is visible and the water flowing swiftly through is more reflective of a babbling brook. Along the banks, flowers grow wild, butterflies fly free. I want to bottle it. I want to lable it TRANQUILTIY. I want to share it
